Strategically positioned within a designated commercial zone, the development is designed to complement the surrounding residential growth while meeting increasing demand for quality childcare services in Northeast Edmonton.
As Development Manager, our role includes coordination of design consultants, municipal approvals, budgeting, and construction oversight to ensure seamless integration with the adjacent townhome community. The project reflects our commitment to delivering mixed-use developments that strengthen neighbourhood infrastructure and enhance long-term asset value.
